Questions we get about Medisafe
Is Medisafe bad?
No. It's a mature app with many happy users. It's simply built on a different model: user account, cloud sync and Premium subscription. If that fits you, it's a fine choice.
Can I migrate my Medisafe plan to Medtaker?
There is no automated importer today. With few medications, copying them manually takes under five minutes. With ten or more, consider staying where you are until we offer import.
