Weight By Date (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a calorie calculator and weight-tracking application developed as a sole-developer project. Contact: contacto@torhen.com.

1. Who We Are

Weight By Date is a calorie calculator and weight-tracking application developed as a sole-developer project under Torhen.

2. What Data We Collect — and Where It Stays

Weight By Date does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data you enter (weight, age, height, goal date, calorie plan) is stored exclusively on your device using Android's local storage (AsyncStorage) and never leaves it.

We do not have a backend. We do not have a database. We cannot see your data.

3. Third-Party Services

The only third party integrated into this App is RevenueCat, used solely to process in-app subscription purchases through Google Play. When you make a purchase, Google Play and RevenueCat handle the transaction. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated user ID (not linked to your name or email) to validate your subscription status.

4. Health Data

The App processes health-related inputs (weight, height, age, sex, activity level) locally on your device to calculate calorie recommendations. This data is never transmitted anywhere.

5. Age Requirement and Minors

This App is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. The App enforces a minimum age of 18 at profile creation. If you are under 18, please do not use this App.

6. Permissions

The App does not request any sensitive Android permissions (camera, microphone, contacts, location, external storage).

7. Data Deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by using the Clear all button inside the App, or by uninstalling the App.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
